Director of OSP/FTTH
As an FTTH industry professional with more than nine years of experience, Peyton brings expertise in engineering, project management, and construction operations. He is committed to leading teams, optimizing performance, and delivering innovative fiber solutions that exceed client expectations.

Project Manager
Kenny Trueman has over 20 years of experience as a Low Voltage Technician and specializes in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of low voltage systems. His expertise includes structured cabling, access control, CCTV surveillance, intrusion alarm systems, data networks, and telecommunications infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring system reliability, and completing projects safely, on time, and within budget. He excels at reading blueprints, following industry standards, and collaborating with contractors, project managers, and clients to deliver effective low-voltage solutions. Committed to continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies, he takes pride in providing dependable service, solving complex technical challenges, and helping customers achieve secure, efficient, and reliable systems.

Sales/Business Development
Stuart serves as the Director of Business Development at Oteka, bringing more than 30 years of experience across every facet of the low-voltage industry. His career includes over 10 years on the manufacturing side of the business and more than 20 years in the commercial sector, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on the industry’s evolving needs.
Stuart has extensive expertise in the development, design, and implementation of low-voltage systems across a wide range of markets, including healthcare, K–12 education, automotive dealerships, commercial office spaces, multi-tenant properties, and warehouse and distribution facilities. He has successfully partnered with clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 100 companies, delivering innovative, reliable solutions tailored to each organization’s unique requirements.

Service/Project Manager
LaDon McCulley serves as the Project Manager and Service Department Manager at Oteka Technologies. With over 19 years of experience and 8 years in his current role, his expertise extends beyond project management to include fire alarms, burglar alarms, access control systems, and CCTV. He is dedicated to delivering high quality service and leadership to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys working on small engines.

VP/Operations
Rabasa Dobbins-Turner is the Vice President of Operations at Oteka Technologies, where he has been instrumental in managing and supporting the company’s growth since 2020. A graduate of Webster University’s MBA program, Rabasa brings a diverse background spanning business and technology, including experience in financial services, customer relations, project management, and ICT. At Oteka, Rabasa leverages his broad expertise to streamline processes and support the company’s mission of delivering trusted technology solutions to the Memphis community.

Vice President/Business Development
Rasie Dobbins-Turner is the Vice President and Business Development Specialist at Oteka Technologies. A graduate of St. Benedict at Auburndale and the University of Memphis, Rasie began her career in sales and customer service, earning the Diamond Achievement Leasing Professional of the Year award in 2017. She joined Oteka in 2018, quickly rising to Vice President in 2020, where she has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and building strategic partnerships.

President/CEO
Alandas Dobbins is the CEO and founder of Oteka Technologies, a low-voltage cabling and infrastructure company. With 30+ years of experience in the technology industry, she has built her career around entrepreneurship and community involvement.
Dobbins previously co-owned and operated a successful technology business with her late father, George Dobbins Jr., and today successfully leads Oteka alongside her two children, Rasie and Rabasa. Together, they have helped grow Oteka Technologies into a trusted provider of technology and low-voltage infrastructure services and an Avaya Business Partner.
Beyond Oteka, Dobbins developed the Memphis Office of Resource and Enterprise (MORE), a City of Memphis division, from the ground up to support local businesses and entrepreneurs. She has been recognized with the Entrepreneur of the Year award by The New Tri-State Defender and the Greater Memphis I.T. Council.
Dobbins remains focused on growing Oteka, creating opportunities within the technology industry, and building strong partnerships in the communities Oteka serves.

Director of Operations
Carl Wright is a Program Leader at Oteka Technologies with 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has held his RCDD certification since 2015 and has led projects in installation, design, project management, and account management across the USA, Brazil, Germany, England, Greece, and Japan. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and discovering new places.

Estimator/Project Manager
With over 30 years of industry experience, Jason Mishler holds a BICSI Certified Technician credential along with numerous other certifications. He is dedicated to the success of both clients and staff, bringing passion and energy to the design and implementation of structured cabling systems. Outside of work, Jason enjoys hockey, continuous learning, reading, and living life to the fullest.

Estimator and Foreman
Christian Pearson serves as an Estimator and Foreman at Oteka Technologies. A BICSI Certified Technician with over 15 years of experience, his expertise extends beyond telecommunications to include high and low-voltage electrical work, building automation, industrial controls, fire alarm systems, component-level electronics, and avionics. He is eager to learn and committed to advancing the technology industry.

Security Technologies Manager and Project Manager
Kristofer Wright is the Security Technologies Manager and Project Manager at Oteka Technologies. With 10 years experience, he is passionate about the innovation in security tech and loves to take on new challenges and learn more things in the industry.

Office/Accounting
Priscilla West is the Accounting Executive and Certification Specialist at Oteka Technologies. She brings 17 years of accounting experience and over a decade specializing in certifications. Outside of work, she enjoys ceramics and exploring her passion for Egyptology.

Director of Operations – North Texas
Fernando Norfolk is the Director of Operations for Oteka’s North Texas division. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he specializes in infrastructure design, project management, and quality assurance, and holds the globally respected RCDD credential from BICSI.

Office Manager/Human Resources
Tracy Burnside is the Accounting and HR Manager at Oteka Technologies. She brings over 15 years of human resources experience and more than 20 years of management expertise overseeing various departments.

Estimator
James Faurie is the lead estimator at Oteka Technologies. He has over 26 years in the industry and is excited to see where the future of technology will go.

Jason Bramlett is a Program Manager at Oteka Technologies with over 17 years of experience in telecom and fiber construction. He specializes in project planning, OSP design, and leading deployment teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time.
