A Whitehaven tech company expands its headquarters

Oteka Technologies, a Memphis-based technology solutions company, will expand its headquarters from 3,000 square feet to 18,400 square feet at 3349 Winbrook Drive in Whitehaven. Mother and daughter duo Alandas Dobbins and Rasie Dobbins-Turner said Oteka has grown to 65, prompting an expansion.
